SafeTouch Security makes it easier than ever before to access and control your security system and home automation with the NEW, mySafeTouch app. Combined with our two-way voice verification for prioritized police dispatches and crash and smash technology, the mySafeTouch app provides the most interactive and user friendly system on the market. This app is available for Apple iPhone, iPad.

The mySafeTouch app allows you to:

- Arm and disarm your security system remotely
- Access your security cameras to view live or stored footage
- Lock or unlock doors, great for house sitters or guests
- Turn lights on and off from wherever you are
- Set heating and cooling schedules on a smart thermostat to save money on your power bill
- View recent system history and events

Here are just a few of the events that the mySafeTouch app allows you to receive personalized notifications to alert you with:

- Any alarm event
- A reminder to arm the system, in case if it is forgotten
- A door or window being left open for too long
- Arming and disarming notifications, letting you know who and when someone, armed or disarmed the system
- Temperature changes of more than a few degrees inside
- Someone is attempting to fraudulently login to your system

• Control Lights with Siri Shortcuts - Under App Settings, you can now set up a voice shortcut to control your lights and light groups via Siri

• Behind the scenes improvements to power future features 4.16 11/05/2020 • Critical Alerts - With this feature enabled, Alarm event notifications to the app will play a sound, even if your phone is muted or in Do Not Disturb mode. Manage in your phone’s Settings menu under Notifications.

• Quick swipe between systems - If you have multiple linked systems you can now switch quickly from one system to the next by swiping left/right on the system name in the header (if fewer than 8 linked systems), or tapping the system name to bring up a list of systems. Have multiple systems that aren’t yet linked to the same login? Link multiple systems by going to “Login Information” in the left-hand menu and selecting the “Linked Systems” option.

• Scenes on Apple Watch - Now you can run Scenes right from your Apple Watch for maximum convenience, comfort, and control.

• View Cameras with Siri Shortcuts - Under App Settings, you can now set up a voice shortcut to view a live stream of your camera or doorbell via Siri.
